Lydia Lee is an upcycle designer and stylist creating custom upcycled outfits and pieces rooted in creative expression, community, and personal style exploration.

Through one-on-one custom design, styling for artists and special events, and selling upcycled pieces online, Lydia Lee exists as a platform for creative expression.

The brand ebbs and flows alongside Lydia’s fashion journey, embracing experimentive style, styling shoots, and freely expressing creativity with others in ways that feel fun, interesting, and cool. Lydia Lee is about creating opportunities for creatives to work together while staying rooted in secondhand, thrifting, and self expression through what you put on your body.

Lydia Lee believes it is an experience and a daily joy to choose the ways you want to dress and to feel liberated to wear whatever the hell you want.

Lydia Lee’s visual direction blends soft femininity with an experimental, alternative edge, creating a tension between romance, nostalgia, and subtle disruption. Drawing on lace, embroidery, blurred graphics, and metallic details, the aesthetic feels like a curated collection of vintage ephemera reimagined through a slightly offbeat lens.

The brand’s visual language reflects this same mindset: feminine at its core, but intentionally imperfect. Asymmetry, off-grid layouts, and layered imagery echo a styling approach rooted in wearing things “wrong” on purpose. A palette of powder blues, deep purples, dusty neutrals, and creamy whites keeps the tone soft, while contrast and composition introduce edge. The overall feeling is expressive and inviting, never over-polished, but thoughtfully undone.
